Here's some small snips for the guys:

Castor: A weatherman, mainly keeps to himself on the tops of Verve's mountains. He only ventures into town for supplies. Every day he keeps track of storms, rain, etc that may come to the village. Most likely this relationship would start over kalon-interwebs. Castor was self-taught, and actually also runs the town's television programs. 

Corneria: Lives with her elderly grandfather on his farm. She mainly cares for his chickens, and has quite a love of them and space. Her room is a miniature observatory, and you see her around town quite a bit. She's a kind soul through and through, and it takes quite a bit to peeve her. She tries her best to understand other and their reasons.

Kass: A general store manager, he takes life by the horns and runs with it. He knows his way around the major city near Verve, and has many contacts he gets goods from. He also manages and contacts stores that would like Verve products, making him one of the richer of the townsfolk. Yet his income is offset by what he does to try and help the community. All the money in the world can't bring back a farm once it closes.

Kratos: Not well devved, but he's a bar owner. A chef of excellence.

Kyne: FISH! GET YOUR FISH! She's the village's fisherlady, and quite loves to spend her days napping in the sun with a pole of three in her arms. Sometimes, she's more inclined to dive in and swim for her catches, but she manages that well. Spearfishing, dynamite... she's tried quite a bit to make her job fun. She also works on surfboards and fishing rods and tackle, to all interested in those pastimes.

Mephisto: (a kit, need to grow him) Miner! The verve mines are fraught with danger. Monsters is the biggest one, and they like to creep out sometimes. Meph is basically the guy in charge of making sure no spooky scary skeletons start bonejangling around. He also digs up ores to sell, as well as lays power lines.

Terra: MAYOR! She's a small fat lady who just loves to forage. She helps run town events, manage finances and contracts (she's a former lawyer!). She loves mushrooms... She' quite a nice lady, and I always image her with a vague southern accent.
